This is still the best vehicle I’ve owned by a wide margin. I'm terrified to replace her. It will never live up to this standard of feels.

I didn’t ask what year, but the fellow whose XJ I checked out today (automatic, so highly unlikely I’ll pull the trigger) had recently sold his TJ Renegade to buy a very clean Tacoma, I’d wager early-mid 2000s.

Even as a Jeep fanatic, I can’t blame him a bit. Sweet truck.

(This guy, a police officer, owns right now more vehicles than I have in my life. He’s owned around 15 Jeeps so far . Says he gets bored easily with anything he owns. )

Longboi looks good!

When I was younger my folks had a little S15 named Junior. I miss that little truck. The modern "small" trucks don't even compare.

They come with both but mine is a 2.6L in-line 4.
